Madison began her dance training at age 3. After auditioning for the Perpetual Motion Dance Company at age 11, she was accepted and has been a senior company member since 2016. Her family began dancing at MSDC almost forty years ago, and Madison followed in their footsteps. She started as a teaching assistant in 2013 and instantly fell in love with working with children. Madison began volunteering her time at dance camp in 2015 allowing her to teach several dance classes for ages ranging from 3 to 13. In the past, she has performed in various non-profit shows such as the Bonnet House and annual Nutcracker. In the fall, Madison will be a senior at Western High School where she will continue to be an active member in Student Government Association, class council, yearbook, and National Honor Society. Over the past four years, she has also worked in the religious school at Temple Kol Ami Emanu El with the kindergarten and first grade class allowing her to learn even more about teaching. Additionally, she has served on her temple youth group board for the past two years, and for her last year in high school, Madison will be the president. Madison is so honored to be able to share her love of dance here at MSDC and looks forward to her final year at the studio.
